- If you have high density hair a.k.a alot of hair , you must add on the" high density ADD ON" to allow for me to have ample time to complete the service.
- An Initial Confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after your appointment is scheduled which contains your appointment details and salon address.
- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be applied toward the final balance.
- You MUST arrive to your appoitment with your hair detangled and manageable or there will be a non negotiable $50 detangling fee).

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Methods of payment for final balances is Zelle , Cash or Card (6% processing fee for Debit & Credit cards ,+ photo of your drivers license & signed credit card authorization will be required ).
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q.Is a blow dry the same as a silkpress?
A. No! A Silkpress is blow drying and flatironing textured hair. Both options ars available for booking on our website.
Q. Is a shampoo service included in your services?
A. Yes! Ofcourse . A 2 step shampoo is included along with treatments. If you are just getting out of braids or have a lot of buildup on your scalp I highly recommend adding on a "Scalp Detox".
Q. Is my hair blown out for a curly cut?
A. No, this is a Curly cut so your hair is cut in its curly state . For looser curl patterns it's dry cut & shaped before bringing you to the shampoo bowl . For tight curl patterns your Curly Cut will be done after your curls have defined .
**However if you'd like your hair cut when blown out please ADD on a blow dry or come with your hair blown out .**
Q. Do you service children ?
A. Yes ages 4 and up for Curl defintions, blow dry or Silkpress services only. Kids must be salon friendly and can sit the entirety of their appointment. Parents are NOT allowed in the studio must wait in their vehicle or salon lobby.
Q. Can i bring a guest to my appointment ?
A. Unfortunately NO guests are allowed in the salon! Only the individual being serviced will be allowed.
How to Arrive to your appointment
Color Clients:
- Please arrive with no gels or hairsprays in your hair. Refrain from using any products that are excessively sticky, greasy or oily.
- Tangle free and lightly blown out (must be detangled and manageable or there will be a non negotiable $50 detangling fee).
- Please do not irritate your scalp , if you plan to shampoo your hair please do it 1or 2 days prior to your appointment.
LOOSE Curly/Wavy Clients:
Arriving at your appointment with your curls in their most natural state will allow me to clearly see how your hair falls, and how much spring is in your curls. This will help me make the best decision on how to perform the cut and how much length to take off.
- Ensure your hair is tangle free ( Highly recommend to arrive with day 1 or day 2 curls.) This way they’ll
still be plenty of spring in your curl for me to understand
your curl pattern and they won’t be all tangled.
- Please arrive with NO gels or hairsprays in your hair.
- Refrain from using any products that are excessively sticky, greasy or oily
TIGHT Curly & coily hair Clients:
Please arrive Tangle free (must be detangled and manageable or there will be a non negotiable $50 detangling fee).
How NOT to arrive to your appointment:
(VERY IMPORTANT )
1.Please DO NOT arrive with a sleeping cap/bonnet to the salon
2. Your hair should NOT be matted/knotted or you will be required to pay a non negotiable $50 detangling fee. If the detangling/matting is servere your appointment will be canceled and 75% of the service will be charged.
